Services Overview

For over a decade Retail Manager, a division of AccSoft Business Solutions is providing the best level of service to our clients. We have grown in our experience as our client base has grown. The methodology we use to implement our projects is called Microsoft Sure Step. This technology has been developed, tried and tested to reduce the total cost of ownership, make software implementation process more smooth and problem free and keep both the parties into the picture on the progress of he project.

Our whole project implementation is divided into three phases. The time spent on each phase can range from few hours to many days depending on the size and the complexity of the project:

Pre Implementation Phase:

The objective is to gather enough information to define high level project charter and make a confident proposal. Depending on the size of the project, this phase may include review current processes to determine the future requirements; Determine degree of fit with Microsoft Dynamics® RMS; Confirm the architectural design for Microsoft Dynamics RMS; Prepare a business case for implementation of the Microsoft Dynamics and; estimate high-level cost and resource plan to deploy the Microsoft Dynamics

Implementation Phase:

Analysis

The Analysis phase represents the official start of the implementation. This phase defines the activities required to initiate and effectively plan the entire project. Besides the project charter and project plan, Functional design document (FDD) and Fit Gap Analysis spreadsheet are prepared in this phase. In addition, usually User Training Requirements and Data Migration Requirements are assessed in this phase.

Design

The goal of the Design phase is to define how the business requirements will be implemented. The phase includes configuration of the overall Microsoft Dynamics solution and the design of specific customizations required, if any.
Development

The goal of the Development phase is to build and test the system components defined and approved in the design specifications, including developing the customizations, integrations and interfaces, and data migration processes.

Deployment

The Deployment phase is where all the efforts of the project team come together for a successful transition to the new Microsoft Dynamics™ solution. Key activities in this phase include End User Training, User Acceptance Testing, and the actual cutover to the new or upgraded production environment.

Post Implementation Phase:

Operations

The Operation phase defines the activities required to close the project, provide post-production support, and transition the solution and knowledge to the customer. Key objectives of this phase include providing post-go-live support, transitioning the solution to support, performing a final quality audit, and project closure.
